  • minds doesn't look like that but I've only been using for 1week and i take them like it says and i don't feel hunger all the time i use the lady's room regular now also also with the order i got black coffee bean i take it 30min before i eat so its working

  • I say this with a pure heart and 100% seriousness: the best way to lose weight is the ELAE diet. Anything else is either bad for your heart or fake. ELAE = eat less and exercise. You can lose a couple pounds here or there if you merely eat less (or more healthy), but honestly, you need to exercise. What goes on in our bodies is like what happens with bears. We eat too much, so our body thinks we need to store food for some famine or long winter. To lose that weight, you have to do like a bear after hibernation (or a caveman after winter). Stop eating that much and start working (out). Your body craves the food because it's addicted to the chemical release in the brain when you eat it. You trick yourself into thinking you need it. If you want to combat the craving, you need to look at your life and think about what part of yourself is using the food as a crutch. It's the same as what keeps a crackhead smoking crack. Some people might be more or less biologically prone to weight gain, but nobody is supposed to weight over 300 lbs. (and 95% aren't supposed to be anywhere near 300). If you are overweight, more than likely you are sad or disturbed about something in your past. I should mention that I am 5'10" and 210 lbs., so I place myself just as accountable.
